Rates are per week/day for the villa (not per person). Rental rates are inclusive of air conditioning, towels and linen. For two week stays a mid stay clean is included in the price, for shorter stays this can be arranged for an extra fee. Short Breaks are available A 20% non refundable deposit is required to confirm booking with balance required 8 weeks before departure.
