A spacious four bedroom three bathroom property at La Manga Club which is on Spain’s Costa Calida, or “warm coast”. Only twenty minutes from Murcia’s San Javier Airport and serviced daily from Edinburgh, this property makes an ideal venue for a holiday or a short break at any time of the year.
Our Property “El Rancho 56” is part of a small community of one hundred and fifty detached and semi - detached villas interspersed with nine communal swimming pools for residents use.
The community is set in the heart of the resort, within a short walk of the many bars, restaurants and amenities of La Manga Club, and only 1km from the resorts own private, secluded beach. The large town of Cartagena with its wide and varied history and many shops lies only fifteen mins away while the protected waters of the Mar Menor with its sandy beaches, warm shallow waters and excellent range of water sports lies only ten minutes from the villa.

El Rancho 56 – A Brief Description
The property is a semi-detached villa built over three floors.
Ground Floor: A large terrace with sun beds, table and chairs leads to the front door and on into the extensive lounge with includes the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen leads out to a large balcony with a built in barbecue. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining while enjoying superb views over the resort.
Lower Floor: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, connected twin bedrooms and main bathroom.
First Floor: self-contained twin bedroom with en-suite
and large balcony with built in barbecue. The first floor is accessed by an external stairway, which gives a great deal of privacy making the property ideal for two families holidaying together.

There are more than twenty five restaurants at the resort including Mexican, Chinese, Indian, American, Spanish, Italian and Asian, catering for every imaginable taste. (For young families try Si Bar which, with outside play areas, a golf simulator and live entertainment caters very well for children ... and the big children!
